There is a 24/7 reception in the building. The entrance and the building’s parking lot is under surveillance by a high-tech camera system. At the main entrance of the building there is a card access control system, while the right and left wings opening from the central staircase have also separate card and numerical code access system installed as well.
Maintenance
Our maintenance colleagues start restoring or repairing works within 5 hours of detection of any emerging problem.
Bicycle-rack
We provide free bicycle-racks for our tenants in the lower ground level of the building.
